If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase for store credit only. We do not issue refunds to original method of payment. You can return your product for store credit only or exchange for a different product. Any return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Store credit is issued only for the item purchased and does not include the shipping cost
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use (unworn, unwashed, unaltered)
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
  • Discounted/final sale items are final and can not be returned or exchanged
  • If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled. You will receive a store credit.

How the Return/Exchange process works:

To initiate a return, please email: and list return in the subject line. 

Submit a request, wait for approval, ship the item, and get store credit after the item is received and verified.

  1. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the Shipped Date.
  2. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost
  3. During the Returns Process if an item is ineligible for a Return you will not be able to select that item for Return. This will be all items past the policy time frame or ones that are Final Sale, Bodysuits, Bras/Bralettes, Accessories, Makeup, and Intimates.

Additional information on returns:

  • Please allow 12-15 business days for return processing.
  • Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
